How to Prep Your Home Before the Window Cleaners Arrive

You don't need to do much before a window cleaning appointment, but a few small things make the visit smoother.

Before We Arrive

• Clear window sills — move plants, decor, or anything sitting directly on interior sills if interior cleaning is booked.
• Secure pets — especially if we need access to a backyard or side gate for exterior work.
• Note any specific concerns — a cracked seal, a stuck window, anything you want us to look at or avoid.

For Exterior-Only Appointments

Not much needed beyond making sure gates are unlocked and any vehicles or equipment aren't blocking access to the areas we need to reach.

For Commercial Appointments

Let us know about any access requirements ahead of time — concierge sign-in, elevator reservations, or specific arrival windows around your operating hours.

What You Don't Need to Do

You don't need to pre-clean anything — that's what we're there for. Just clear physical obstacles so we can actually get to the glass.
